Normal Maintenance: It is recommended that you use compressed air to occasionally blow out lint, dust, etc from your folding knife. This, along with a couple drops of a light lubricant in the pivot area, will keep your knife operating smoothly & properly.
DO NOT ABUSE YOUR Pro-Tech Knife! Never throw your knife or use your knife as a chisel, punch, pry bar, or screwdriver. Much care has been taken to provide you with a fine cutting tool; please only use it as such.

This knife is warranted to the original owner to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship by Pro-Tech Knives, LLC
What is covered: Replacement parts and labor only. All knives returned for warranty consideration must include $15 for return handling and postage as well as a completed service request form (available at link below). Payment may be made by cash, check, or money order and sent in with the knife. Factory sharpening your Pro-Tech knife back to a razor sharp edge is included with warranty service.

What is NOT covered: All knives are subject to normal wear and tear in proportion to their usage. This warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by neglect, misuse\abuse, or failure to perform normal maintenance. Natural handle materials (bone, pearl, wood, etc.) are not covered. Handle and blade finishes or coatings worn by normal use are also not covered. Blades harmed or broken by improper sharpening or accidental damage are not covered. Any non-factory modifications are not covered and may void the warranty.
Damage caused by improper customer disassembly is NOT covered under warranty. Cost to repair damaged knives will be at the discretion of Pro-Tech after inspection by our warranty department.
Pro-Tech Knives, LLC shall not be liable for consequential damages or incidental damages, including damage to persons or property. Pro-Tech Knives liability is limited to the purchase price of the knife only. Such exclusions of incidental or consequential damages vary from state to state. By purchasing or receiving any item produced by Pro-Tech Knives, LLC. the owner assumes the responsibility to research and comply with all applicable federal, state, local and international laws related to the possession, ownership, carry, shipment, transport, and use of any Pro-Tech product.

Thanks to the patronage of our amazing customers, Pro-Tech Knives is expanding our operations! We’re excited to be moving to a new, larger building, which will let us increase our production capacity & take on more exciting projects! We have been setting up for this move since much ealier this year. However, with the pandemic & statewide shutdowns, our big move was delayed. What should have happened back in February kept getting postponed. So we continued to work diligently during this waiting period, & brought you some of the hottest new knives on the market, at the high quality you expect from Pro-Tech. Finally, the time is upon us to move to our new building. This means that all of our equipment will be down, & our staff will be completely occupied with moving to the new premises. The move is scheduled to run the entire month of August.

– If you currently have a repair, DO NOT SEND IT IN until after September 1st!
– If you have already sent in your knife for service, it will be repaired as usual & returned.
– Knives sent to us after today will be securely stored until we are able to service them after the 1st of September.
– Make sure you have the UPDATED mail-in form, & that the address is for our NEW BUILDING!
– Bear in mind that our customer service emails may be a bit delayed during our move. Please be patient with us, & we will respond to you as soon as we possibly can.

Please note, this is a *temporary* suspension of warranty services for the month of August. This is so that we can move to our new facility, get setup, & begin working hard to continue bringing you quality knives along with our industry leading customer service we’re renowned for.
